About Us
Our staff have a collective 60+ years
experience in working with
individuals with disabilities.  We are
constantly attending continuing
education courses to make sure
that we are up to date in the most
advanced service delivery systems
and approaches.  Our
administration has a lot of
experience in delivering services
and continuously work with our
direct support staff to keep them up
to date on the most effective models
of helping.  In the event of a staffing
shortage, our administration is fully
trained and able to provide the
services themselves if available.
Ryan Wilcox - HCBS Director
Ryan began working in the field of Human Services in 1998.  He started
out working as a provider doing respite with boys who were
developmentally disabled and/or victims of sexual abuse.  Ryan moved
to the Phoenix area in 2001 and began working at a group home for
developmentally disabled individuals.  His shift was moved to the
overnight shift and he began working as a Habilitation and Respite
provider during the day.  Ryan was promoted in 2004 and after working
as an HCBS Coordinator for an agency for two years, Ryan is now the
Director of Home and Community Based Services for Community Care
Solutions.  Ryan received his Bachelors Degree from Ottawa University
with a major in Human Services and a minor in Counseling.
Joe Pomeroy - East Valley HCBS Coordinator
Joe started his career in Human Services in 2002.  He began as a
provider in a group home working with developmentally disabled
individuals.  His quality care quickly advanced him through the ranks
and within a few months became the Lead Staff in the home. After
working in the home for nearly three years, Joe began providing
services to individuals still living with their families. Joe spent over a
year aiding in the progression of multiple individuals before being
promoted in 2006 to his current position as an HCBS Coordinator for
Community Care Solutions.  Joe is currently continuing his education at
Arizona State University.
Courtney Wilcox - East Valley HCBS Coordinator
Courtney graduated from Ottawa University in 2002 with a Bachelors
Degree in Elementary Education.   She taught school (grades 3 and 4)
from 2002 until 2005.  During this time she also worked as a Habilitation
and Respite provider.  In 2005 she started working as an Early
Intervention provider, where she worked with developmentally disabled
children under the age of 3 on developmental goals and objectives.
Courtney was promoted soon after starting this position and for the next
year she was the Early Intervention Coordinator.  Courtney is our East
Valley contact for families/consumers.
Melody Mays - Pinal County HCBS Coordinator
Melody began her career in Human Services in 1986 with the State of
Arizona working with economically disadvantaged families.  In 1997 her
Grandson Jordan “the love of her life” was born.  Jordan had a
diagnosis of Mental Retardation, Autistic tendencies and slight Cerebral
Palsy.  Because of this Melody chose to take a different path working
as a HCBS provider and then promoted to a Group Home Manager
position for two years.  Melody then went back to work with the State of
Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities as a Case
Manager/Support Coordinator until 2006 when she accepted the
position of Pinal County HCBS Coordinator for Community Care
Solutions.

Chris te Kampe - Director of Business Operations
Chris started his career in Human Services in 1984 working weekends
for a group home agency in Phoenix.  Chris moved on to become the
training director for two other agencies for the next 15 years, where he
continued to support people with disabilities through innovative and
cutting edge information used in training and educating direct support
professionals on a national scale.  Chris spent three years as the
director of a HCBS organization prior to starting with Community Care
Solutions.  Chris has his B.A.  in Human Services.
