complete care of everyone involved with our
agency. We take care of our consumers and
families by being available at all times, by
introducing them to great providers to deliver
services, by advocating for families/consumers on
every level, and delivering services on a person
centered approach. We want to visit with you
regularly to update goals and plans, to make sure
services are being provided in the manner desired,
and sometimes for no reason at all except to say
"hi." We will also do everything we can to ensure
that services are provided on time and when
needed. We take care of our providers by treating
them better than anyone else. We do this by paying
them competitively for their services, offering health
insurance, providing ongoing training free of charge
whenever they should want it or need it, being the
friendliest office staff ever, and listening to them
and their needs. We will always go out of our way
to treat providers well because we want to make
them happy to work for us. This helps to promote
long term staffing and stability for our families.
