Community Care Solutions recruit, interview, hire and train Direct Support Professionals capable of delivering only the highest quality of services. Our DSPs are direct employees of CCS not independent contractors. Our DSPs are people who live in your own community. We only hire individuals who show sensitivity and respect towards the needs of our consumers.

Each applicant is thoroughly screened with:
